HI! I’m Gian Paolo Mucci, alias GpMucci, passionate about adventure motorcycles.

This is an Italian artisan reality. Every product I make is handmade by me, every skid plate is welded by hand.

Since 2003 I have enjoyed modifying motorcycles, I started by giving a nice lightening to my Africa Twin.

Having worked on sheet metal since 1991, I had an advantage over many other enthusiasts, this allowed me to transform ideas into reality: tanks, skid plates, side panels, etc.

On my Africa Twin I tried every type of modification possible: suspensions, tanks, fairings, and I found a lot of friends during my misadventures.

“GpMucci” was the name with which I registered on the Italian forums, forums of enthusiasts like me, where I met a lot of fantastic people with whom I am still friends.

Now, over 20 years after my first modifications, I’m better known for my skid plates “THOR” than for my custom bikes, but time permitting I still love to get to work on a bike to give it a nice lightening.

I am lucky enough to have turned a passion into a profession, and I truly believe that this passion can be seen in my products.
